28th June 2025 turned out to be more than just a warm summer Saturday—it was a beautiful celebration of community, connection, and carefree joy.

As the sun beamed generously from above, the UKHCA family gathered, undeterred by the summer heat. Instead, we embraced it with open arms and festive spirits. From toddlers with sandy feet to grandparents with glowing smiles, every generation came together to revel in the moment. The day had something for everyone, and no one held back!

The afternoon began at 12:00 PM, with members arriving at the meeting point and taking a scenic stroll to the welcoming restaurant. Soon after, everyone was treated to a delicious four-course sit-down lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, served with care and savoured with laughter. Conversations flowed as freely as the courses, as friends old and new bonded over flavours and stories.

At 3:00 PM, the aroma of masala chai filled the air, adding a homely touch to the gathering. Cups in hand, we relaxed, recharged, and prepared ourselves for the next part of the day. The group then made its way towards the beach, where the real fun began.

From 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, it was all about Prosecco & Play! The waves cheered us on as children played, adults mingled, and the golden-hour sun added a magical filter to everything. There were games, laughter, and joyful splashes, with hats flying and sunnies shining.

A special highlight was the drone footage that captured the event from above—sweeping views of the beach, bursts of laughter, and precious candid moments frozen in time. A beautiful reel also captured the vibrant spirit and energy of the day, preserving memories for all.

As the evening drew in and warm goodbyes were exchanged, the glow on everyone’s faces said it all—this was more than a picnic; it was a memory in the making.
